第１条（適用範囲）
本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）は、当社が利用者から個人情報を取得、利用及び管理するときに適用されます。

第２条（取得する情報）
当社は、利用者から以下の情報を取得します。

  • Firebase Analytics により収集される利用状況データ
  • Sentry により収集されるクラッシュレポート等のエラー情報

第３条（利用目的）
当社が個人情報を収集・利用する目的は、以下のとおりです。

  • 本サービスの提供・運営のため
  • 上記の利用目的に付随する目的

第４条（安全確保の措置）
当社は、収集した情報の漏えい、滅失又はき損の防止その他収集した情報の適切な管理のために必要な措置を講じます。当社が安全管理のために講じた措置の概要は以下のとおりです。措置の具体的内容については、本ポリシーで定める窓口に対する利用者からの求めに応じて遅滞なく回答いたします。

  • 基本方針の策定、個人情報の取扱いに係る規律の整備
  • 個人情報の取扱責任者や報告連絡体制の整備
  • 定期的な研修の実施
  • 個人情報についての秘密保持に関する誓約を従業者から取得
  • 就業規則への秘密保持事項の記載
  • 閲覧制限（間仕切り、ICカード管理など）
  • 機器の盗難・紛失防止措置（パスワード、施錠保管など）
  • アクセス権限管理
  • メール等での情報取扱時のパスワード設定
  • OSの最新状態維持
  • セキュリティ対策ソフトの導入

第５条（第三者への提供）
当社は以下の場合を除いて、利用者の同意を得ずに個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

  • 法令に基づく場合
  • 生命、身体、財産の保護が必要な場合
  • 公衆衛生や児童保護が必要な場合
  • 国や地方公共団体への協力が必要な場合

なお、以下は第三者提供に該当しません。

  • 業務委託による提供
  • 事業承継による提供

第６条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
当社は、法令改正や事業上の必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更はアプリ内に掲示されます。

第７条（情報削除の対応）
当社は、利用者から自身の情報削除の要請を受けた場合、Firebase Analytics および Sentry に保存されている情報の削除処理を、サービス提供者の所定の手続きに従って速やかに行います。

第８条（補足事項）
当社が収集する Firebase Analytics および Sentry による情報には、特定の個人を識別する情報（氏名、連絡先、個人番号等）は含まれておらず、匿名の形で統計的に処理されます。

第９条（国外サーバーへの送信）
収集された情報は、Firebase および Sentry の国外サーバーに送信され、保存・処理されることがあります。これらサービス提供者は GDPR 等の国際的なデータ保護基準に準拠しています。

第１０条（各国法令の遵守）
当社は、日本の個人情報保護法、中国の《个人信息保护法》（PIPL）、欧州の一般データ保護規則（GDPR）など、各国の法令に従って、個人情報を適切に取り扱います。

第１１条（未成年者情報の取扱い）
当社は、13歳未満の利用者から故意に個人情報を取得しません。保護者の同意を得てサービスを利用してください。

Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Scope)
This policy applies when the Company collects, uses, or manages personal information from Users.

Article 2 (Information Collected)
The Company collects the following information from Users:

  • Usage analytics collected via Firebase Analytics
  • Error and crash reports collected via Sentry

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)
The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:

  • To provide and operate the Service
  • For purposes incidental to the above

Article 4 (Security Measures)
We take necessary measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of collected information and to ensure appropriate management. The outline of security measures taken is as follows. Upon user request through the contact point defined in this policy, we will promptly respond with further details.

  • Establishment of basic policies and rules for personal information handling
  • Appointment of a responsible person and development of reporting/communication structures
  • Conducting regular training
  • Obtaining confidentiality agreements from employees
  • Including confidentiality clauses in internal rules
  • Implementing access control (e.g., partitions, IC card access)
  • Preventing theft or loss of devices (e.g., locking devices, setting passwords)
  • Restricting access to authorized personnel and devices
  • Password protection for emails or data transmission
  • Keeping device operating systems up to date
  • Installing security software on devices

Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties)
We do not provide personal information to third parties without User consent, except in the following cases:

  • When required by law
  • In emergencies for protection of life, body, or property
  • For public health or child protection
  • When cooperating with national or local governments

The following do not constitute third-party disclosure:

  • When operations are entrusted to a contractor
  • When data is transferred due to business succession

Article 6 (Policy Revisions)
The Company may revise this policy due to legal or business needs. Changes will be posted within the app.

Article 7 (Data Deletion Requests)
If a User requests deletion of their personal data, we will promptly follow the appropriate procedures with Firebase Analytics and Sentry to delete the relevant data.

Article 8 (Supplementary Information)
The data collected via Firebase Analytics and Sentry does not include information that can directly identify individuals (such as name, contact information, or device identifiers) and is processed in an anonymous and statistical manner.

Article 9 (Transmission to Foreign Servers)
Data may be transmitted to and processed on foreign servers of Firebase and Sentry, which comply with GDPR and other standards.

Article 10 (Compliance with Privacy Laws)
We comply with Japan’s APPI, China’s PIPL, GDPR, and other relevant privacy laws.

Article 11 (Handling of Minor’s Information)
We do not knowingly collect information from users under 13. Parental consent is required.

  • 实施访问限制措施（如隔离分区、IC门禁卡等）
  • 采取措施防止处理个人信息的设备被盗或丢失（如存放于资料柜中、设置密码等）
  • 明确允许访问个人信息的设备和人员，防止不必要的访问
  • 通过电子邮件等方式处理个人信息时设置密码保护
  • 保持处理个人信息的设备操作系统为最新状态
  • 在处理个人信息的设备上安装安全防护软件

第五条（向第三方提供）
除非以下情况，本公司不会在未征得用户同意的情况下向第三方提供信息：

  • 法律要求
  • 生命、身体或财产紧急保护
  • 公共卫生或儿童保护
  • 与政府机关配合履行职责

以下情形不视为第三方提供：

  • 向外包服务商提供
  • 因业务继承等原因提供

第六条（隐私政策的变更）
公司可能因法律变更或业务需要修改本政策，修改内容将在应用程序中公示。

第七条（信息删除请求）
如用户要求删除其个人信息，我们将按照 Firebase Analytics 和 Sentry 的流程及时处理相关删除操作。

第八条（补充事项）
我们通过 Firebase Analytics 与 Sentry 所收集的信息不包括可识别个人身份的信息（如姓名、联系方式或个人号码等），仅以匿名统计形式进行处理。

第九条（向海外服务器发送）
所收集信息可能会发送至 Firebase 和 Sentry 的海外服务器，这些服务商遵守 GDPR 等国际标准。

第十条（遵守各国隐私法律）
我们遵守日本《个人信息保护法》、中国《个人信息保护法》（PIPL）、欧盟 GDPR 等相关隐私法律。

第十一条（未成年人信息的处理）
我们不会有意收集13岁以下用户信息。用户需经监护人同意使用服务。
